If your premises is located close to one of our brances, we will even come through to you at no charge, to inspect your existing installation or provide advice on any new requirements, or maintenance whihc you may require.

You can be assured of the highest standards of support, whether telephonic, virtual or on-site. Our staff is trained and have working knowledge and experience on the all the equipment we supply, assuring you of the best turn-around time possible.

In the event that you require high availibility support, we do offer service level agreements (SLA's) with guaranteed response times.

Maintenance

We provide maintenance services on an ad-hoc basis or through service level agreements (SLA's).

We can tailor a service level agreement for you, depending on your requirements, from high availability 24/7 response to next business day response times. Our service level agreements start from as little as R 990.00 per month, per venue.

Simply let us know what you want the system to do, and we will design a guaranteed working solution for you, from very basic boardroom presentation systems to state of the art 24/7 mission critical control rooms. No job is too big or too small.

Installations

Installations are done by our in-house teams!

Our installations are carried out by our qualified in-house installation teams thereby allowing us to maintain a high standard of neatness and workmanship every time.

We are fully compliant with occupational health and safety regulations, and, where there is a requirement, can perform a site risk assessment and produce a health and safety file before commencing with any on-site work.

Our on-site installations are covered by contractors all risk insurance for your peace of mind.
